System Composition & Supporting Details
External Deepwater Shaftless Pumping Unit
Four shaftless pumps are installed at the outer side of the cage, in the cold water layer 50 m below the surface, separated from the culture activity area. Actual deployment must be confirmed according to the temperature stratification of the sea area and the engineering plan.
Integrated Intake Protection Guard
The pump intake is fitted with a conical protective guard and bottom screen, blocking algae, floating debris and discarded netting; lifting lugs are provided on both sides for ease of inspection and removal.
Flexible Water Pipeline
A seawater-resistant flexible hose connects upward to the cage's ring-shaped distribution frame, adapting to cage flotation and structural deformation.
Ring-Shaped Multi-Branch Distribution Structure
Four angled, downward-extending multi-branch distribution pipes on the ring frame guide the cold water into the cage interior, forming a continuous and stable ring vortex.
